Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery

Orders are delivered within 1 week from the order confirmation date.

Opening or inspecting the order in front of the delivery agent is not allowed.

For any issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

If the customer refuses to receive the order, shipping fees must be paid.

2. Exchange

Exchange is accepted only in the following cases:

Broken or leaking perfume bottle.

Sprayer not working.

Product must be unused and in its original condition.

3. Return

Returns are not accepted if you simply don’t like the fragrance.

الشروط والأحكام

أولاً: الاستلام

يتم تسليم الطلبات خلال أسبوع من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.

يُمنع فتح أو معاينة الطلب أمام مندوب التوصيل.

في حالة وجود مشكلة، يُرجى التواصل خلال ٢٤ ساعة فقط من الاستلام.

في حالة رفض استلام الطلب، يتحمّل العميل مصاريف الشحن.

ثانياً: الاستبدال

يُقبل الاستبدال فقط في الحالات التالية:

وجود كسر أو تسريب في زجاجة العطر.

البخاخ لا يعمل.

يشترط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم.

ثالثاً: الاسترجاع

لا يُقبل الاسترجاع في حال عدم الإعجاب بالعطر
